The best way to focus is to make sure you show up each day with your mind in the right place. Sleep helps you do this better than anything else.
If you want help getting better sleep, try getting active. Outside of therapy and the classes you take at rehab, you do get some free time. Take that time to go outside and move around. On your tired days, go for a walk or maybe a swim. That way, you physically wear out your body. When you go to lie down at the end of the day, your body is ready to rest at that point.
Another way of getting better sleep is to make sure that you get everything out. This means taking full advantage of your rehab therapy. If you keep things held in, you will give those things control over your mind. This will keep you awake at night, and leave you tired the next day. That will do nothing to help you maintain focus.
